Funding Raleigh Police

March 28, 2023 -- The Rotary Club of the Capital City welcomed Raleigh Police Chief Estella Patterson (right) and Brenda Gibson, Raleigh Police Department Foundation Chair (left). Chief Patterson gave a very well-spoken talk on her three areas of focus: enforcement, involvement, and compensation. Brenda Gibson explained how the RPDF funds our police beyond the city budget through community donations.
