May 6, 2023 -- Members of The Rotary Club of the Capital City volunteer to work on the grounds of TLC (Tammy Lynn Center) on TLC Day of Service. TLC provides local options for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and sits on a large campus near NC State Centennial Campus.
