April 11, 2023 -- The Rotary Club of the Capital City welcomed Susan Gilbert, Manager of Strategic Impact & Outreach at TLC. TLC (founded as Tammy Lynn Center) has been a beneficiary of our club for many years. TLC empowers individuals of all abilities to live their fullest life, serving children, adults, and families through on-site and community-based programs: educational services, respite care, early childhood intervention, community living support, and residential living.
