December 12, 2023 -- The Rotary Club of the Capital City welcomed Winston Brady, Director of Curriculum and Thales Press at Thales Academy, where he designs and writes resources to produce better educational outcomes for teachers, students, and parents. Winston spoke in depth about the evolution, from the Roman Empire to present day America, of the "Political Machine" that rewards voter support with patronage.
