May 23, 2023 -- The Rotary Club of the Capital City welcomed LaToya Montague, Executive Director, and Lisa Berwyn, Director of Advancement & Donor Engagement, at Communities In Schools (CIS) of Wake County. For 30 years, CIS has partnered with the Wake County Public School System, area charter schools, and the Raleigh Housing Authority to improve students’ academic performance and to assist students and families. CIS has been a beneficiary of The Rotary Club of the Capital City, and club members have served as CIS mentors.
